Begonia

Scientific Name: Begonia sp.

Description:
Begonias are succulent, flowering plants. Fiberous types are low-growing, tender annuals used as bedding plants. Flower colors include white, pink or red. Foliage may vary from pale green to deep red.
Some types of begonias are used as indoor flower plants, including angel-wing begonias, tuberous begonias and rex begonias. Many of the indoor varieties have interesting leaf shapes or unusual leaf color patterns.
