Healthy Eating and Nutrition

Healthy Eating

The K-State Research and Extension Nutrition, Food Safety and Health Team develops educational programming to help Kansans make healthy choices and habits that last a lifetime. From information on foods to grow in the garden to decisions at the grocery store, our goal is to help Kansans nurture healthy habits regardless of their life stages.

To achieve this goal, we offer our programs online and in-person. Our health and wellness educators work with Kansas communities to bring resources to local schools, community organizations, and more.
