ORDER K-STATE RESEARCH AND EXTENSION LAPEL PINS ON-LINE
Pre-orders are being accepted for K-State Research and Extension lapel pins. The pins would be ideal gifts for volunteers and leaders, committee members, board members, and other individuals or groups associated with K-State Research and Extension. Or order a pin or two for yourself! If you are interested in the pins, please complete the pre-order form available at http://intranet.oznet.ksu.edu/marketing/orderform.htm . A photo of the pins is available at this URL. The pins are priced at approximately $1.50 each, which includes shipping. Orders for the pins will be accepted until August 31, and the pins should be available by Annual Conference.

Contact Steven Graham at sgraham@oznet.ksu.edu  or Janet Wenderott at jwendero@oznet.ksu.edu  with any questions. --Linda Sleichter lsleicht@oznet.ksu.edu

K-STATE RESEARCH AND EXTENSION NAME BADGES
You will want to wear your official K-State Research and Extension name badge at Annual Conference. If you don't have a name badge, call Sue Robinson, 785-532-5820; or e-mail srobinso@oznet.ksu.edu to order one.

If you prefer a pin instead of the magnet, please specify that when you place your order.

COUNTY 4-H MEDALS ORDER AND REPORT
Each Extension office should have received a copy of the annual 4-H medal order and report in your county mail the week of August 6. There aren't any major changes this year. In order to ensure that you have your medals shipped or ready to be picked up to meet your county needs, it is critical that we have your order at least two weeks ahead of your achievement event.

Note that the top county reporter's notebook is due in our office by November 1, if you want it to be considered for state recognition. All reports for Key Award winners are also due by November 1. Call me or my office professional, Lori, if you have further questions. --Steve Fisher sfisher@oznet.ksu.edu
