FENCE SURVEY FOR
LAND USE VALUE APPRAISAL Land Use Value in the Department of Agricultural Economics at KSU is working on a fence survey, and one aspect of the survey is the labor involved in fence building. We are trying to collect data on how much is being charged for fence building services (excluding cost of materials). Your response would be greatly appreciated for (1) the cost of labor for fence building per rod, (2) additional labor charges per rod for rough and rocky terrain, and (3) the labor cost for corner posts. Any experience and data would be most appreciated. --Daryl Buchholz dbuchhol@oznet.ksu.edu
