SITUATION & TRENDS SUPPLEMENTS NOW AVAILABLE
The Office of Local Government is pleased to announce the release of Situation & Trends Supplements for each Kansas county. These reports contain information from the final major release of data from Census 2000 about the county’s population, income, economy, housing, education, and social environment. This supplements information presented in the county Situation & Trends reports released in January 2002. Together, the two reports allow readers to take a comprehensive look at their county’s situation and any changes that have occurred over time.

Copies of the report are now being distributed to each county and area extension office. Additional print copies are available at the cost of printing and shipping. Reports for each county are also available on the Direct Resource Referral Service website at http://www.oznet.ksu.edu/direct/sit_trends_supplement.htm .

For additional information, contact the Office of Local Government at 785-532-2643.--Janet Griesel jgriesel@oznet.ksu.edu
