COMMUNICATIONS'
PRINT FACILITY NOT MOVING
County offices and research centers across the state have been
notified that the central campus printing service, Kansas State Printing
Service, has moved to a new location near the airport. This move does
NOT affect the printing facility in Umberger Hall in the Department of
Communications. K-State Research and Extension personnel can access Greg
LeValley and others for printing and duplicating needs in Umberger Hall
at 532-1158 or glevalle@oznet.ksu.edu

QUARTER THREE
PUBLICATION REPRINTS
K-State Research and Extension publications ordered for third quarter

REMINDER!
Notify State 4-H Office About Blue Ribbon Youth Enrollment Software.
A note to remind all County/District
Extension offices that July 21, 2003 is the deadline for committing for
the group purchase of the upgraded Blue Ribbon Youth Enrollment software
(See my June 16 hard copy memo to all counties/districts). As of July 1,
we already have enough units agreeing that the price is down to $68 per
site license for the software. That is a savings of $41 per copy. We can
still bring the price down another $21 dollars each if we have 30 more
units sign up. Save today by e-mailing Cheryl Thomas, cthomas@oznet.ksu.edu
, and saying YES to upgrade your youth enrollment management software!

That's what K-State Research and Extension had in the July 4 issue

articles featured KSRE specialists, including Mike Bradshaw (on
hantavirus); Larry Hollis and Karen Penner (on safety around animals);
Mary Knapp (on weather); Margaret Phillips and Dean Carol Kellett (on
4-H); Ned Tisserat (on fescue lawns); and several 4-H members (on 4-H
Quiz Bowl). The paper also printed the slate of the K-State Research and
Extension-sponsored ag conferences coming up in July and August. The
Topeka Capital-Journal has a circulation of over 58,000. --Mary Lou
