KEEP YOUR WEB
SITE'S INFORMATION CURRENT TO MAINTAIN A POSITIVE WEB PRESENCE
"Web search engines pick up on the importance of keeping a web site up to date. As repeat visits from search engines scour a site's content, they will deem pages more important if they have recently been updated [since] this shows more up-to-the-minute information..." from OneVision Monthly Marketing Newsletter.
With the recent
changes in many portions of our organization, contact information has
changed -- not only names, but also phone numbers and addresses, in
some cases. It is imperative that we keep our web content up to date,
which includes updating contact information. Please look at your web
site -- whether it be a county, experiment field, research center,
department, or personal work site -- and make any updates that need to
be made. If you need assistance in updating your site, please contact
Linda Sleichter at 785-532-5269, and she will help you or put you in
contact with the correct person to help you refresh your site.
Thank you for your
time and attention. --Steven Graham sgraham@oznet.ksu.edu
