Lead Change: Build Capacity and Engage Community

Submitted by Deborah Kohl

Building a strong, thriving community is about more than just organizing events. It's also about understanding the diverse individuals and groups you serve. But how do you get a clear picture of what they really need?

October 2nd from 10:00-11:30 am, we will host a Zoom training on persona portraits—a tool that can help you see your community from a new perspective.

By creating personas, you'll be able to uncover the unique stories and goals of different community members, allowing you to lead change with greater empathy and impact.

This training will give you the skills to:
• Understand the benefits of persona portraits in designing programs.
• Identify stakeholders you need to reach.
• Tailor your communication for better reach.
• Identify gaps in services and foster a more connected environment.
• Plan programs and activities that truly resonate with the people you serve.

Don't miss this chance to deepen your understanding of your community.
