Pet Project. Spanish. 4H1175S. Kelsey Nordyke. Translated into Spanish. As part of the Animal Science project, the 4-H Pets project helps members explore which pet best fits their family while learning to be responsible caretakers. Youth can study a variety of small pets, including cats, fish, birds, guinea pigs, and reptiles, and learn basic animal science through daily care and record keeping.

The Building Block Engineering project combines physics, engineering, creativity, and hands-on discovery to help young people become innovative problem solvers. Using building blocks such as LEGO®, participants explore the fundamentals of engineering, design, and construction.
