New Job Descriptions

As a part of K-State's Rediscover Total Rewards initiative, K-State employees are being asked to write/re-write their job description.
Professional staff, including extension agents, will receive a Job Analysis Questionnaire (JAQ) on June 30. That questionnaire will be due July 21. The questionnaire will then be the basis of a job description.
It takes approximately one hour to complete the JAQ. It is recommended to complete the questionnaire in one setting. A pdf of the questionnaire can be found at http://www.k-state.edu/vphcs/updates/compensation/Job-Analysis-Questionnaire.pdf.
