Ulysses Hosts a Grant-Writing Workshop on July 25

Submitted by Nancy Daniels

A grant-writing workshop will be presented on July 25 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital, 415 N. Main in Ulysses, KS. The workshop costs $10 for lunch and includes all handouts. To register, contact Charlotte Peterson at charlottepeterson@centura.org or 620-356-6003.

Grant Writing workshops are presented by K-State Research and Extension at no cost to the local community because of our conviction that local communities are more likely to succeed if they have the knowledge and skills to implement the priorities they set for their community.

The workshop has been presented to almost 400 people statewide with 92% reporting that they have greater confidence to write a grant, 96% say they learned of new sources of data to document community needs and 95% report learning of new sources of grant funding.
