National Discussion: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Mind, Community and Institution
Extension professionals looking to increase their cultural competence should consider engaging with eXtension and their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) work. An upcoming training hosted by two eXtension DEI Fellows will feature discussions related to DEI practices and principles for yourself, your community and your institution. Breakout sessions will be used so that participants will have the opportunity to participate in discussion as well as gain a better understanding of eXtension DEI resources.
