Need Some Project Person-Power? Try Micro-Internships

Submitted by Nancy Daniels

Friday, October 7, at 9:30 a.m., is the next First Friday E-Call; our subject: Micro-Internships, a Kansas Board of Regents program. Your first project, up to $500 is free thanks to the DeBruce Foundation.

Micro-Internships are short-term, paid, professional assignments in business, communications, finance, human resources, marketing, information technology and many other areas. These projects can be completed remotely year-round and range from 10 to 40 hours of work. The projects are usually completed within a month. Kansas employers can post their first micro-internship project for up to $500 for free.

Sound too good to be true? Come to the First Friday Presentation with Dr. Timothy Peterson, Director.

The calls are open to the public; please forward this information to anyone you think can benefit; non-profit or for-profit businesses needing market analysis or social media content, or collaborations you're working on. In the meantime, a university student in Kansas can get you some quick help with your project. Everybody wins!
