Shout Out: Ashley Wurtz and Bob Casey
This Shout Out comes from Melissa Borgerding, office professional in Marshall County; and is sent for Ashley Wurth, Accountant III; and Bob Casey, Extension Auditor; both in the Business Office. Melissa writes:
"I would like to give a Shout Out to Ashley Wurtz, Accountant III; and Bob Casey, Extension Auditor! My learning curve on EFAP as an office professional, has not been without some issues. However, Bob and Ashley have been completely upbeat and supportive and fixed many issues; many issues!
Bob made a trip to Marysville to install EFAP on a new compute for me and Ashley rebuilt January through March when I may have deleted something important (I did do that).
Along the way, they have emailed me instructions, shown their confidence in me and talked me through a few EFAP malfunctions.
My interactions with Ashley have been so positive and I am very grateful to her and Bob for their help. Thank you."
Ashley and Bob, thanks for all you do for the people of Kansas, our colleagues and K-State Research and Extension.
