Shout Out: Erin Bishop
The Shout Out this week comes from Londa Nwadike, assistant professor, Food Safety, and is directed to Erin Bishop, KSRE Double Up Food Bucks Program Manager. Londa writes:
"I wanted to send a shout out to Erin Bishop, KSRE Double Up Food Bucks Program Manager. She has been doing a great job with the Double Up Food Bucks program ever since she started in her position (in May 2020), but I saw the following email and wanted to be sure to pass along. This is from the Liberal Farmers Market Manager, Debra Huddleston, and thought it was well worth a shout out to Erin." Debra writes:
"Erin is amazing and makes it all so easy! She is also there for you anytime you need her. She had to drag me along and I am so glad she didn't give up on me. We are so proud to be accepting S.N.A.P. at our market in Liberal."
Erin, thanks for all you do for the people of Kansas, our colleagues and K-State Research and Extension.
