Mandatory Extension Civil Rights Training Coming Soon
As announced during the February 2 Extension Update, all extension employees will be required to complete online civil rights training in 2024. Local unit agents will be in the first wave to receive an invitation to a join the training course in Canvas very soon. An email will be sent to notify agents when the course is available. Specialists can expect an invitation at some point in the future. The course will include a combination of training videos and quizzes. Learners can expect to be able to complete the course in 90 minutes or less, and can stop and start as necessary. Local unit agents will need to complete the training by April 1.
