Personal Safety & De-Escalation Training – Open to KSRE Faculty & Staff

Join us for an engaging training session led by Captain Jessica Brooks, Kansas State University Police Department. This Personal Safety & De-Escalation training is designed to help KSRE faculty & staff navigate challenging situations with confidence and empathy and increase skills.
Attendees will:
- Develop de-escalation and communication skills for tense situations.
- Practice active listening and empathy.
- Learn techniques to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Support colleagues in navigating challenging conversations.
- Bridge language barriers to find constructive solutions.
