Shout Out: Nora Rhoades, Jenilee Godsey, Cindy Walker, and Tonia Underwood

This week the Shout Out is from Chandra Plate, Extension 4-H Youth Specialist, Northwest Area; and is sent for Nora Rhoades, Jenilee Godsey, Cindy Walker, and Tonia Underwood. Chandra writes:
"I would like to give a shout out to Nora Rhoades, Jenilee Godsey, Cindy Walker, and Tonia Underwood. This team developed and recorded a fantastic virtual 4-H Volunteer Training. They worked diligently to develop a three-part training featuring the PFT Signature Program of Helping Youth Develop Sparks through 4-H. The program also included information on the National and Kansas 4-H Beyond Ready campaign and the growth goals we have set for Kansas 4-H as well as thought to developing their own county goals. The final part to the training is a session on how 4-H record keeping can help youth become Beyond Ready for the future. It was a pleasure to work with this talented and hard-working team on this training and we are excited to see how it will be used by agents in their local units to also help our Kansas 4-H Volunteers become Beyond Ready as they impact the next generation of 4-H youth."
Nora, Jenilee, Cindy, and Tonia -- thanks for all you do for the people of Kansas, our colleagues and K-State Research and Extension.
