Now Accepting Applications for Teacher of the Year

NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR TEACHER OF THE YEAR

The Kansas Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom (KFAC) is now accepting applications for the 2016 Janet Sims Memorial Teacher of the Year award and the Kansas Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture Excellence in Teaching awards. The application is available on the KFAC website.

These awards go to deserving teachers who strive to incorporate agriculture into their classroom curriculum. Any non-vocational agriculture teacher, grade K-12 is eligible to apply. As extension educators, you often know the best potential applicants! Please encourage teachers in your communities to apply! The deadline to submit an application is June 19, 2015.
