Board Leadership Modules Available

There are three Board Leadership Modules that may be of interest to agents during this time of year:
The "Board Organizational Meeting" Module leads the board through all the details that need to take place during the first meeting of the year. It is designed for presentation by the local unit director, other agents and board chair.
The "New Board Member Orientation" Module is designed to be presented to new board members by agents or current board members soon after the election. The orientation may take 60 to 90 minutes so would work best if presented at a time other than the regular board meeting.
The "Program Development Committee Orientation" is designed for use by agents and the PDC chair during their first meeting of their program year.
