Kansas 4-H Dog Judges’ Certification Registration is Open
The Kansas 4-H Dog Judges’ Certification and Training will be held January 29-31, 2016, in Sabetha in the Meadowlark Extension District (Nemaha County) in Northeast Kansas. Beginning the training on Friday evening has allowed participants in one weekend to learn about the four phases of dog showmanship, obedience, agility and rally obedience of the Kansas 4-H Dog Care and Training Project. This is also a good opportunity for local KSRE staff, dog project leaders and older teen 4-H members (16 and older) to observe the training and better understand how dog judging occurs at invitational dog shows and the Kansas State Fair 4-H Dog Show.
Registration is currently open until January 15, 2016, at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Sq7uHlI4FNhinq2aGKqlqYjCTSXX-fhOjFLxtP1XQyM/viewform.
