Pick Up Your Kansas Wheat Recipe Booklets/ Next National Festival of Breads Baking Contest
Whether you’re coming to Discovery Days or anytime you’re in Manhattan, please come by the Kansas Wheat Innovation Center to pick up 2015 Kansas Wheat Commission recipe booklets featuring the National Festival of Breads winning recipes. The 2014 and 2013 recipe booklets are also available. All recipe booklets are free. These could be handed out at programs, county fairs, etc.
We would like your help in promoting the next National Festival of Breads baking contest. Check out the new changes in our Youth and Adult Divisions. Mark your calendar for the national event on Saturday, June 17, 2017, at the Hilton Garden Inn, Manhattan, KS. This is an educational, fun and free event open to the public. The rules are available online at www.NationalFestivalofBreads.com. As the event gets closer we will be recruiting volunteers to help at the event. Recipe entries will be accepted beginning October 1.
