First Friday Entrepreneurship Call: “USDA Rural Development Financing Available for Local Communities and Businesses”

Submitted by Nancy Daniels

The First Friday Entrepreneurship Call is “USDA Rural Development financing available for local communities and businesses." Our speaker is Jessica Bowser, USDA Rural Development, Public Affairs Specialist. The zoom call is at 9:30 a.m. on October 6, and is usually targeted for local agents, but this call will have interest to members of the local community. Please feel free to forward this information to people in your community that you think might like to participate.

The purpose of the First Friday e-call is to create a network of agents who are aware of the resources for building capacity for communities, entrepreneurs and small business and to increase the number of transactions between local communities and these resources. The First Friday e-Call is sponsored by the Entrepreneurship subgroup of the Community Development PFT and presented on Zoom (a free downloadable app) and available by phone. Please come to the call prepared to share your community’s hopes and dreams.

If you'd like to participate in this call, email nkdaniels@ksu.edu.
