3DI – Drilling Down for Deeper Impact
How can we improve operations in our units? How can we better address new challenges in focused ways? How can we identify critical goals and get everyone on the team working toward solutions?
The K-State Leadership Seminar is offering a new benefit for seminar participants by providing high-level training and facilitation. The goal is for teams of co-workers to achieve greater impact by focusing their efforts. The new initiative is called Drilling Down for Deeper Impact, or 3DI for short. As a pilot project, two teams of coworkers across KSU will be selected to receive facilitated training and assistance in 2018. The teams are to consist of four to eight people in a working relationship and at least one person on the team should have been a participant in the 2017 or 2018 leadership seminar. The selected teams will receive training from Russell Disberger, founder of Aspen Business Group. He will guide teams to identify priorities that are critically important, understand key measures, and build peer-to-peer accountability.
The disciplines covered in the program keep the team laser-focused on aligning daily actions with achieving critical, organization-wide objectives. The cost of the training is $2000 per team, of which 50% will be reimbursed to the team upon completion of their objectives.
Please consider this opportunity promptly. Applications are due April 9. For more information, see www.k-state.edu/leadershipseminar/resources.
