K-State Offers Paid Parental Leave
K-State's Human Capital Services announced a new paid parental leave benefit effective July 1.
Benefits-eligible employees who have worked for the state of Kansas for 12 continuous months preceding the qualifying event are eligible for six weeks of paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and three weeks of paid parental leave for the secondary caregiver.
