Performance Review System in PEARS is Now Available
Last Friday (8/16), all Extension agents should have received an email from PEARS that the performance review system is now available to use. (If you don't remember receiving the email, be sure to check your junk or spam folders.) The performance review system will be available through December 31, 2019.
The email indicates that you need to enter your action plans, professional development plans, action plan outcomes, etc., as soon as possible. Please note: Each local unit will determine their own date for when agents need to complete their reports. Check with your Local Unit Director or Regional Director for those deadlines.
