Generational Diversity in Workplace and Community

KSRE is pleased to host Dr. Rachelle Vettern and Emily Goff from North Dakota State University Extension for September's every third Friday event focusing on teamwork. This Zoom session will take place on Friday, September 20, at 1:30 p.m.

This month's topic will focus on generational diversity. It is now common for community members to work and volunteer in environments with persons from three or four generations. Understanding generational characteristics can help individuals address co-worker and community member's needs more effectively. This workshop will provide information on the generations and how to use this knowledge to benefit all generations when working, learning and volunteering together.
