Updated KSU 8-4 and 9-4 Forms

Each year local units are asked to report the names of Extension board and PDC members to their regional director using the KSU 8-4 (counties) or KSU 9-4 (districts). These forms have recently been updated to include race, gender and ethnicity data for board and PDC members. This data is needed for civil rights compliance and should help local units determine if local boards and PDCs are representative of the community.
The new forms are located on the Employee Resources>Forms page. They should be sent to the regional office as soon as officers are elected and boards and PDCs are finalized for 2020.
