Shout Out: Elly Sneath and Andrea Burns
This week’s Shout Out comes to us from K-State Research and Extension Ford County Agent Ethel Schneweis. Ethel writes:
“I would like to give a Shout Out to Elly Sneath, Meade County Ag and Natural Resources Agent; and Andrea Burns, Ford County Ag and Natural Resources Agent. After a successful Women In Ag series hosted by Meade, Clark and Ford County Extension Ag and FCS agents, Elly and Andrea went the extra mile and offered to hold a hands on, basic QuickBooks meeting for any of the participants who wanted to learn more about using QuickBooks for their Farm Operations. Elly arranged for equipment from the Ag Econ department to assist with this training. Elly, as the instructor, and Andrea helping with set up and arrangements, held one in Dodge City for several participants. Elly also held additional sessions in Meade. Thanks for giving your time and expertise to help local farmers learn about using QuickBooks!”
Elly and Andrea, thanks for all you do for the people we serve, your colleagues, and K-State Research and Extension!
If you know of a colleague or team of colleagues that have gone that extra Extension mile, why not give them a Shout Out? Send their name(s) and the reason for the Shout Out to ghadley@ksu.edu.
