Shout Out: KSRE Communications and Marketing Team
The Program Leader Coordinators Team of Trudy Rice, Gayle Price, Wade Weber, Robin Reid and Laurie Chandler have this week’s Shout Out. They write:
“We would like to give a 'Shout Out' to the KSRE Communications and Marketing Team for the work that they have done through the COVID-19 situation. Their work has been critical to our efforts to remain vital to Kansas individuals, families and communities.
In the past several weeks, they developed the email and video, "We're here for you," crafted social media posts to provide information on KSRE's COVID-19 response, provided training on effectively using social media, developed a resource webpage for our constituents with timely information, and coordinated promotion of the social media survey for programs needed by our constituents. They also are currently surveying the system to determine all of the great things we have done during this COVID-19 challenge. This is in addition to their regular and important work in the development of news releases and radio programs about the resources of KSRE.
This team is such an asset and vital partner for K-State Research and Extension! We couldn't do this without them!”
