Updated KSU 8-19 and 9-19 Budget Development and Management Excel Workbooks
Local Unit Directors and Financial Operations Office Professionals can download updated KSU 8-19 (county) and KSU 9-19 (district) Excel Workbooks for the 2021 budget year. The Budget Development and Management spreadsheets are posted on the Employee Resources Forms page.
For those that use the Monthly Overview Report with the local Extension Board, remember to fill out the 2021 budget column on the Budget Worksheet. Those amounts will automatically fill other spreadsheets in the workbook.
The Financial Checksheet should be completed and sent to the Regional Director and the Extension Field Operations office as soon as possible in 2021. But wait until the KSRE Business Office has audited and posted the December 2020 Financial Summary Report to complete the Financial Checksheet.
