KS 4-H Project Awards: Regional Cover Letter & Resume
The 4-H KAP Revision Taskforce continues to work hard to develop a new Kansas 4-H Project Award process. As promised, we will hold two webinars for KSRE staff on the new Regional portion of the 4-H project award process. The webinars will cover the same material and will be one hour long. One of the two will be recorded and made available for later viewing.
Webinars will review the Cover Letter and Resume that youth will submit along with their Project Report Forms at the Regional level. Mark your calendars for either option:

As a reminder, the new 4-H Project Report Forms, Guide to Project Recognition and supporting records/forms are available online at https://www.kansas4-h.org/resources/4-h-library/awards-and-recognition/ProjectRecognition.html. PowerPoint training slides to help you introduce the new forms/process to your 4-H families are also available at https://www.kansas4-h.org/staff-downloads/resources/index.html. We are also in the process of creating short video tutorials for you to use locally. We have three videos available as of today, and will create more for each portion of the new forms. Videos can be found on the Kansas 4-H YouTube Channel.
Special thanks to Task Force members for their hard work, time, and experience throughout this re-design process. Members include Amy Collins, Karla Hightower, Carla Nemecek, Susan Schlichting, Anissa Jepsen, and Beth Hinshaw (and former member Monica Thayer). It is our sincere hope that more 4-H members complete records at the local level, receive project recognition, and learn important life skills such as organization, reflection, prioritizing, and growth and mastery of skill.
