Nationwide Search Underway-Head, Western Kansas Research and Extension Centers
A search committee has been appointed by Dean Minton to conduct a nationwide search for the next Head, Western Kansas Research and Extension Centers (WKREC). The WKREC provides interdisciplinary research and extension activities at Hays, Colby, Garden City, Tribune and various satellite locations. The successful candidate will facilitate integration among research and extension functions and ensure that research and extension faculty and staff work effectively together to communicate applied research-based information to constituents.
The committee seeks your input to identify and recruit suitable candidates for this important role. Please consider colleagues at K-State and beyond who are qualified for this role and nominate them to our committee. You are also encouraged to pass the position description along to individuals and request they apply. The committee will begin screening applicants February 25, 2022.
