Shout Out: Tristen Cope

Submitted by Gregg Hadley

The Shout Out this week comes from Shad Marston, Ag and Natural Resources Agent in McPherson County, and is directed to Tristen Cope, Family and Consumer Science & 4-H agent in Chisholm Trail District. Shad writes:

"I would like to nominate Tristen Cope, Family and Consumer Science & 4-H Agent in Chisholm Trail District, for the outstanding job she did in delivering, not one, but two nights of educational material to our Women in Agriculture Risk Management Series. Tristen covered the Stress Management and the Communication lessons to our class during the series. Not only did she make her way over to McPherson from her home county of Marion, I zoomed her into Central District's program as their presenter could not make it for the night of the Stress Management presentation.

Chisholm Trail District is lucky to have her as their FCS and 4-H agent. Tristen cares so much about all the people that she serves, and it shows through her presentations."

Tristen, thanks for all you do for the people of Kansas, our colleagues and K-State Research and Extension.

If you know of a colleague or team of colleagues who deserve recognition for a job well done, why not nominate them for a Shout Out. Simply send their name(s) and the reason for the Shout Out to ksreshoutout@ksu.edu. Also, it would be very helpful if you would put "Shout Out" in the subject line of the email.
