Reminder About Frostings and Fillings at Fairs

I want to remind all of you about our guidance on the safety of frostings and fillings at all fairs. There are some we do not allow because of food safety issues. Please remind 4Hers to evaluate their frostings and fillings recipes to calculate the amount of sugar in the recipe. It needs to contain more than 65% sugar for safety.
