New Program Leader Coordinators Announced

Submitted by Rick Peterson

Congratulations to our New Program Leader Coordinators (PLCs), Deborah Kohl, State Specialist, Community Vitality; and Elizabeth Kiss, Professor and Extension Specialist, Family Financial Planning, Family and Consumer Sciences. Deborah and Elizabeth will fill the vacancies left by the retirements of Trudy Rice, PLC Community Vitality; and Gayle Price, PLC Family Consumer Sciences.

The role of a PLC is to facilitate the advancement of educational programming and evaluation efforts to better communicate our outcomes, work collaboratively with Program Focus Teams (PFTs) and Transdisciplinary Teams (TDTs) to assess and provide professional development opportunities, assist in new agent training, participate in applicant screenings for program related agent positions and contribute to the North Central Program Leader meetings.

Please help me congratulate Deborah Kohl and Elizabeth Kiss on their recent appointments to Program Leader Coordinator roles.
