Completing a PEARS Program Activity Video is Available
Beginning October 2021, a new reporting requirement was implemented. Agents and specialists are required to complete a Program Activity in PEARS to record direct education contacts from an educational event or activity that is offered to a group of people.
Why the change? The information provided in a PEARS Program Activity helps tell the story about the impact of extension programs across the state. Specialists can more easily identify how many local units have offered a specific program, PFT Leaders can gather more complete information for the Making a Difference reports and administrators can use the information to develop more impactful reports for stakeholders.
