Shout Out: Kansas 4-H Staff and All Agents that Chaperoned or Presented at Discovery Days

Submitted by Gregg Hadley

"I want to express my sincere gratitude to all those who worked so hard to make this year's Discovery Days a wonderful opportunity for our youth. So many agents or other staff gave up their time (and beds at home) to make sure these delegates had a chance to enjoy this experience. Thank you so much for walking youth to sessions, chaperoning the dance or bowling, checking that your delegates were where they were supposed to be, and all that you did to make our 100th Celebration a great experience. Events like these can’t happen without your support.

I also would like to thank the rest of our awesome Kansas 4-H Staff. Pulling together to assist wherever they were needed. Your support was appreciated more than you will ever know.

Thank you all and know that we will continue to strive to make the best better! Hope to see many of you for Discovery Days 2024. (June 5-7, 2024)"

4-H staff and agents who provided support for Discovery Days, thanks for all you do for the people of Kansas, our colleagues and K-State Research and Extension.

If you know of a colleague or team of colleagues who deserve recognition for a job well done, why not nominate them for a Shout Out. Simply send their name(s) and the reason for the Shout Out to ksreshoutout@ksu.edu.
