Kansas Leadership Training is Available for YOU

Submitted by Nancy Daniels

Kansas Leadership Center Path

Over the last four years, almost 100 K-State Research and Extension agents have participated in 131 Kansas Leadership Center (KLC) training classes valued at more than $100,000. These high-quality professional development courses are free to you because of a transformation grant from KLC. The KLC Leadership Path is three sequential classes and starts with "Your Leadership Edge." To participate in training, register online for the class you're ready for, and use the payment code: KSRE2023. Your only expenses are travel and books.

The courses are open to all KSRE employees, including office professionals, because when everyone leads, change happens. This is an opportunity to reach out to your colleague in another office who you'd like to spend more time with and ask them to meet you in Wichita for training.

The in-person classes are already filling up. Those who have taken the online courses say they are well done and recommend you set the day aside to participate in a quiet place away from the office.

Our KLC Core Team invites your questions. --Nancy Daniels, Robin Eubank-Callis, Dale Helwig, Kaitlyn Peine, Nora Rhoades
