Shout Out: Allen Baker
This week the Shout Out comes from Carol Ann Crouch, West Plains Extension District Director, and is sent for Allen Baker, Wichita County Director. Carol Ann writes:
"I would like to submit a Shout Out for Allen Baker, the Wichita County Director and ANR Agent.
Allen is always the voice of reason and a pillar to the collaboration of counties and districts in southwest Kansas. Allen is always available to offer trusted advice when needed. He is a mentor for many of the agents, both seasoned and new, and is always willing to share his knowledge on everything from budgets to educational programs. His leadership empowers all agents to do their best by sharing ideas and turning obstacles into opportunities.
Allen’s dedication to his position has gained the respect of both fellow co-workers and people in his community. He is the type of agent that makes K-State Research and Extension a great program to be a part of."
