Process Change for Direct Deposit Update
Direct deposit updates will be temporarily unavailable in HRIS. Paper request forms and voided checks/other bank issued account documents will be required as of 12/11/2023. This website (https://www.k-state.edu/finsvcs/payroll/direct-deposit/) has the direct deposit change form.
The requestor will need to log in using their KSU credentials to access the form. The completed form, with signature and date, and new account documents will then be sent to your department's HR liason for processing. The preceding website has additional information and a FAQ.
