Join us for Remote Work Wednesday: The Hub – Co-working Space in Plainville

Submitted by Ron Wilson

Kelli Hansen

Remote work can take multiple forms, all of which involve at least some time away from an employer or client. Co-working spaces offer an alternative which can function especially well for some remote or independent workers. Kelli Hansen, grassroots strategic developer for the Kansas Department of Commerce Office of Rural Prosperity, is also the lead volunteer who manages The Hub co-working space in Plainville. She will explain how co-working spaces can benefit remote/hybrid workers and their communities. Remote Work Wednesday will take place on Zoom on Wednesday, August 14 at 12 noon Central Time. Remote Work Wednesday is held on the second Wednesday of each month. The purpose is to explore the opportunities and challenges of remote work. To register, go to https://ksre-learn.com/remote-work. Participation is free. Everyone is invited to join.
