Shout Out: Pat Burt and Ron Honig
This week the Shout Out is from Logan Simon, Southwest Area Agronomist; and is sent for Pat Burt and Ron Honig, Wild West Extension District Agriculture and Natural Resources Agents. Logan writes:
"Shout out to Pat Burt and Ron Honig from the Wild West District (Seward, Stevens, and Haskell counties) for all their efforts and contributions to agronomy extension in Southwest Kansas in 2024/2025! They have been invaluable in coordinating excellent programs across their district and the Southwest Area including supporting their neighboring agents when they get stretched thin. These two rock-star agents also continue to make invaluable contributions to cotton extension in Kansas including assistance in executing the 5th and 6th Annual Great Plains Cotton Conferences held in Pratt and Wichita in 2024 and 2025. Huge thanks to Ron and Pat for all they do for KSRE and Kansans across the state!"
