Workshop Proposals for 2025 Kansas Youth Leadership Forum Deadline Extended
We are looking for Leadership Workshops for the Kansas Youth Leadership Forum to be held at Rock Springs Ranch outside of Junction City. We have an informational letter with all the details and a link to submit your workshop proposal. Workshops will be offered in two sessions on Saturday, November 22, 2025: 2:00 - 3:00 pm (session #1) and 3:15 - 4:15 pm (session #2)
Topics should center on leadership. Kansas 4-H focuses on helping young people find their SPARK and ignite their passion! Some ideas might include but are not limited to professionalism, decision-making, career preparation, workplace skills, citizenship, character, communication, conflict management, ethics, motivation, initiatives, leading by example, time management, using your resources, goal setting, leadership after high school, getting involved, international citizenship, diversity, and business etiquette. We are looking for new and exciting lessons to give KYLF a fresh workshop selection. We have extended the deadline for submissions to June 5.
