Request: Help Identify Potential Japanese Exchange Host Families

Submitted by Pam Van Horn

We need your help identifying potential host families for the Japanese Exchange Program this summer. We need to recruit a total of 40 families to host from July 23 – August 15.

McKenzie has prepared a statewide custom report to help you identify potential host families. The custom report title, "Potential Exchange Families Report," has been shared in 4-H Online. Please let McKenzie know if you have any trouble accessing the report. To locate the report:

  1. Log in to 4-H Online.
  2. In the left-hand navigation panel, select Custom Reports.

Also, take a moment to review this Japanese promotional video and hear the experiences from past host families to assist you in identifying and recruiting families. You may even want to link your Extension Unit website to the promotional video or view it at the 4-H Council.

If you have additional questions, don't hesitate to contact any of the Japanese Exchange Team Members.
