What is Cape?
Cape (YourCape.org) is a one-stop platform where early childhood professionals can:

  • Find and register for trainings
  • Track progress and career milestones
  • Manage professional growth—all in one place

Instead of juggling multiple systems, Cape simplifies professional development, so providers can focus on what matters most—caring for children and families.

What does a Cape Ambassador do?

Cape Ambassadors guide childcare providers through the Cape system, making the transition smooth and supportive. In addition, qualified individuals—like Extension professionals—can also facilitate approved trainings through Cape, ensuring providers have access to the courses they need for licensure and professional growth.

Who should take this training?

Extension professionals and anyone who offers or manages trainings for childcare providers are encouraged to become Cape Ambassadors. This role helps local providers navigate Cape and gives professionals the ability to offer training through the Cape system.
