Survey to Assess Digital Agriculture and AI Needs in Kansas

Submitted by Deepak Joshi

Survey Flyer for Producers

Dr. Deepak Raj Joshi, Assistant Professor & Precision Agriculture Extension Specialist at Kansas State University, is leading a statewide need assessment to better understand the current and future needs for digital agriculture and artificial intelligence (AI) in Kansas. The main objective of this survey is to gather insights from producers and extension professionals across the agricultural sector to inform research, extension programming, and innovation that directly support Kansas agriculture.

If you are a Producer/grower (Crop & Livestock) and an Agriculture Extension professional (extension agent, crop advisor, crop consultant, retailer, extension specialist, or any form of ag extension role) who plays any role in the agricultural industry in Kansas, we encourage you to participate and share this assessment with others in your network. Your input is essential to ensuring that emerging digital and AI technologies are aligned with real Kansas needs. By contributing, you are helping K-State fulfill its land-grant mission, connecting research, education, and outreach to serve the people of Kansas.
