K-PICS/KSRE System Update - Effective Monday, August 3rd
The KSRE Administration and the K-PICS Support Team are excited to announce the new KSRE Online! For the past several months we’ve been working hard on integrating the two systems into one – simplifying your workflow and making your life easier!
The updated system ties all the features of K-PICS together with several other features from KSRE Online – Action Plans, Impact/Outcome Reports, Professional Development Opportunities and Plans, and Agent Performance Reviews. We focused on making sure the same functionality was there with a cleaner look. What that means for you is that the KSRE Online will function almost exactly as it did before – just with a better interface and some tie-ins to K-PICS!
Since the new integrated system is more than just the KSRE Program Impact Collection System (K-PICS), we’re going to call it KSRE Online. This should be your new one-stop shop for planning, impact reporting, and professional development.
We’ll be making this update on Monday, August 3rd. The system will be closed at 8 a.m. Monday morning and will re-open by Tuesday, August 4th at 5 p.m. A notice will be sent out once the update has been completed. Please save your data and close out of both K-PICS and KSRE Online prior to 8 a.m. Monday, August 3rd.
