Webinar: Use of the Management Minder to Create a Yearly Cow/Calf Production Calendar

Submitted by Sandy Johnson

The Management Minder is a tool that can help agents plan the timing of educational materials related to cow/calf production practices in their area. Producers can also use the tool to plan and ensure timely action for various management activities. Timing for a variety of management activities is set based on a default interval from calving/breeding dates, weaning date or grass turnout date. The tool interfaces with Outlook, Google and Yahoo electronic calendars so automatic reminders are shown on a smart phone or desktop calendar.

A webinar to demonstrate how to use the Management Minder will be held April 26, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Meeting room will be https://ksu.zoom.us/j/8806322169. For more information, contact Sandy Johnson, sandyj@ksu.edu, 785-462-6281.
