Purpose of 4-H Program Rally: Learn what's new in Kansas 4-H and get 4-H program updates; swap ideas, build relationships, enjoy Rock Springs with friends and colleagues.
4-H Programing in Districts, December l, is open to anyone in a district with 4-H responsibilities and/or anyone who wants to learn about conducting 4-H programs more efficiently and effectively in a district.
